Are there any good Latin restaurants in Hong Kong?

We are looking for Latin food. We also need Corn Flour and white cheese. Is it possible to find these ingredients in Hong Kong? Shenzhen Does not have them anywhere!!

By the way, what are we going to do with the prices of food here in Hong Kong??
