it sounds like you know a lot about how to enjoy a happy life in Hongkong ... A lot of events while city , village and country side .. as well as beach and sea...
Wish oneday, we all would be able to gether and travel for some wonderful places ;)

happiness in HK is: combining city life, village life, countryside, beach and sea. Just my 2 cents :)
