- Not so sure if my user name gave it away but I love vanilla. As a matter of fact, just a hint of it won't work for me. From my perfumes & fragrances, to scented candles & room spray, to ice cream & coffee, vanilla is my absolute favorite.
I wear many hats this lifetime. In the corporate world, I'm the Asst. VP for Philippine operations for a huge US based company. I'm also a pseudo writer, motivational speaker, feng shui expert, pug owner, and a BlackBerry fan.
I live for books. There was a period in my life where I entered the largest book store here not planning to buy anything and I came out with 17 new books. Let's just say I spent all my weekends the next 3 months curled up in my bed, reading everything.
I am obsessed with hot & spicy food. I cannot live without Tabasco hot sauce. Proof of this is when I first arrived in London and went grocery shopping, my first purchase was a bottle of it. My love affair for Thai food actually started, ironically, in London. If you're from London and crave excellent Thai food, visit Thai Pot at Covent Garden. I did a review for them when I was still a Yelper in London, I shared it under my lists if you feel like reading it.
I'm a Monkey Scorpio, or is that supposed to be vice versa? There's a whole lot of adjectives associated with Monkey's playfulness & intellect, as well as Scorpio's intensity. For me, there's just Black or White, no gray areas. Its either I deeply love or fiercely hate.
I am happiest when traveling, discovering new places, and meeting new people. But since we're being honest now, let me go on record and say that 'I hate packing'. I never seem to be able to pack light.
I've decided to give in to my heart's desires and live. Really live. There's so much beauty in places to see, people I have yet to meet, & experiences I have yet to encounter.
