Should I move back?

I lived in HK only a short while, yet it left me some of the best memories in my life. A year ago I moved across the border, and I slowly begin to be more and more tired of this city. I want out... Should I move back to HK? Or should I leave China at all... That is the question...

Comment by Border Hopper No More on December 17, 2009 at 3:13pm: For me, there is nothing I can think of that would hold me in Shenzhen. Well, maybe manicure places, but that is by far not the most important thing and once a month I could come to SZ for that.

My problem is quite straightforward: I need to get a job there, preferably with a salary that would allow me to feel more or less comfortable. The main issue however is ID sponsorship...That's the main stumbling block on my way :-P
I could leave tomorrow if there was a chance.

Just trying to finish what I started and then I am bailing and taking my family back to the mother land. Chris is right though you do need to get into some sort of high income range to stay here. Need more money to pay for better schools so your kids can get a good education. Can't do that teaching English man.
